Logiturc is a B2B (Business to Business) real estate development, investment and advisory company which focused its investment strategy only in logistics and industrial real estate since 2005.

Logiturc has been awarded as "the best industrial developer" in Turkey by "Euromoney" in 2011, 2012 & 2013 consecutively.

Logiturc, as a market leader, has developed around 450 k sqm logistics warehouse space mainly in Istanbul and İzmit since 2011 including Apple distribution center (Schenker-Arkas warehouse), DHL textile distribution center, Koçtaş distribution center (Horoz Lojistik), Mars Lojistik (Hitachi Group), Koton warehouses & Amazon distribution center (CEVA Logistics).

 

Logiturc was the initial developer of  Logipark with a US private equity firm which was the first logistics park in Turkey  nearby Sabancı University with a gross leasable area (GLA) of 130k sqm.
