The Project is strategically located in Gebze Guzeller Organized Industrial region, one of the most important logistics centers of Istanbul, and has been developed as a two-storey warehouse with an gross leasable area of approximately 50 thousand square meters.

 

The investor is Yesilkaya Group and long term lessee is multinational clothing company named Koton in this warehouse project.
